**GLUM** — the four things apathy lacks but true post-TBI depression has: **G**uilt or worthlessness · **L**ow mood, most days · **U**nable to feel pleasure () · **M**usings on death (suicidal ideation). If a withdrawn post-TBI patient denies all four, think apathy, not GLUM.
