Remember the physical red flags with the acronym BLEEP - Bradycardia, Low blood pressure (including a big drop on standing), Electrolyte derangement, change (a prolonged QTc), and Power loss in proximal muscles shown by failing the sit-up or squat-stand test. Then anchor those five markers to the two numbers that open every MARSIPAN assessment - a very low (Body Mass Index) and a fast rate of weight loss.
