Its one limitation: it compresses mood and affect into a single letter and doesn't separate thought form from thought content, so ASEPTIC gets you the sequence right, but the actual discriminators above (reported-vs-observed, structure-vs-substance) are still what decides the answer once you're inside the "E" and the "T".
